How are you doing? We’re living in a pretty crazy time right now, a situation I doubt any of us imagined we would experience! We’re spending more time at home than we might normally like to, and we’re worried about income, our health, the health of our loved ones, and our favorite small businesses.
Here's what's happening at florapothecarie HQ:
- florapothecarie is a home-based business, so we're kind of already quarantined. Like, all the time. Which is sort of nice, but can also be a bit lonely. Anyway, we're still accepting + fulfilling online orders.
- No one in our home is currently exhibiting signs of COVID-19, so we are continuing to manufacture and fulfill orders as usual. If we do begin to have symptoms, we will be tested and stop manufacturing and fulfilling orders immediately. We will update if this happens.
- We are doing our best to fulfill and ship online orders within 24 hours to get your self-care goodies to you as fast as possible during this difficult time. 💖
- We do not have any vending/in-person events for the rest of March or April. We're still playing our May events by ear.
- Our DIY Facial Steams + Herbal Bath Salts workshop at Cinder + Salt on April 15 has been cancelled.
- Even before COVID-19, we adhered to strict cleanliness and sanitation guidelines when manufacturing our products, so frequent handwashing, the use of gloves, hairnets, and masks, and using strong disinfectants on all of our tools, surfaces, and jars is already part of our routine. Rest assured, your products have always been — and will continue to be — made in a safe and clean facility.
