HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
Joining is easy! Just click the "Join Now" button to get started. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn points!
IS MY REWARDS ACCOUNT LINKED TO MY FLORAPOTHECARIE.COM STORE ACCOUNT?
Yes! Whatever email address you use for ordering on florapothecarie.com will be tied to your rewards account. You don't have to manage two separate accounts. However, if you've used multiple email addresses to order from florapothecarie.com, you will have separate rewards accounts tied to each email address. If you're in this boat and you'd like to combine accounts, please email hello@florapothecarie.com to sort this out.
HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
You can earn points by purchasing from florapothecarie.com, creating an account, following us on Instagram, leaving reviews, referring friends, and - if you've provided your birthday - you'll also earn points on your birthday! See the "Ways to earn points" section above.
WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR?
Glad you asked! We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. Just visit the "How to use your points" section above to view the ways you can redeem your points.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the "How to use your points" section above to view your reward options and click the 'Redeem' button beneath the option to redeem your reward. If you're redeeming a % or $ off coupon, a code will be provided to you that you can use towards a future purchase. Please note there are product exceptions to coupon codes. See more below.
CAN I USE MY REWARDS COUPONS ON ANYTHING?
Almost! The coupon codes you receive once you've earned and redeemed enough points apply to most full-priced product purchases. Coupons cannot be used on: bulk refills, bundles & sets (like the Mask Gift Set or Essential Facial Care Set, for example), or the eBook. Rewards coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions.
HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this page, under where it says "Hi, [your name!]" You can redeem your rewards and check your rewards history in that section as well.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO BEGIN EARNING POINTS?
Nope! Sign up is 100% free, and points are automatically calculated as you make purchases or engage in other activities listed under the "Ways to earn points" section above.
DO I HAVE TO ENROLL OR REGISTER IN INDIVIDUAL PROMOTIONS?
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion. Reward points based on your orders will deposit into your account once your order is fulfilled.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, points expire after 6 months if they are not redeemed.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
We do not accept returns. If you cancel an order, the points you would have earned on that order will not be deposited into your account.
I'M VERY CLOSE TO EARNING A REWARD. CAN I BUY EXTRA POINTS TO GET THERE?
We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed under the "How to use your points" section.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL EMAILS?
From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us, like an email letting you know your points are about to expire. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
