Soothe sore muscles + joints and heal minor scrapes, burns and cuts with calendula, chamomile, nettle, and peppermint. Just toss me in the tub. 100% organic.
Directions: Add to a warm bath and steep for at least 10 minutes. For external use only. Do not drink.
Can also be used as a facial steam! Bring 2 cups of water to a simmer, remove from heat, and pour into a large bowl. Cut open the bath tea bag, add 2 tbs of the herbs to the hot water, and stir gently. Make a tent with a towel over the steaming water and steam face for 5-7 minutes, breathing in the herbal benefits deeply. Use caution while steaming — the air within the tent should be warm, never too hot for comfort.
