Brown rice, oats and organic chamomile, and lavender are finely ground to offer gentle exfoliation, soothe irritation and inflammation, and promote relaxation. This gluten-free scrub will leave your skin buffed, supple, and refreshed.

Directions: Combine 1-2 tsp grains with a few drops of your favorite cleanser or filtered water. Mix into a paste and massage in gentle circular motions onto wet skin for 1-2 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and pat skin dry.
