This loose leaf tea is hand blended entirely with organic herbs and is naturally caffeine-free. Available in small (approximately 0.5 oz) or large (approximately 2 oz) fully compostable bags. 0.5 oz bags yield ~15 cups of tea, 2 oz bags yield ~60 cups.
Directions: Steep 1 tsp tea per cup of hot water for at least 20 minutes. I like this tea hot (especially if I'm crampy), but it's also delicious iced. Compost herbs when done.
