Be Calm, Be Still — a calming blend of organic herbs to relieve anxiety, boost your mood, and soothe and strengthen the nervous system. Contains lemon balm, chamomile, rose, lavender, milky oat tops, and oatstraw.

Goddess — gentle herbal support for the female reproductive system for all phases of the Goddess. Enjoy daily or for the week leading up to your moon. Helps relieve cramps and many symptoms experienced during PMS, pregnancy, and menopause. Contains nettle, lemon balm, raspberry leaf, rose, and oatstraw.

Harmonious Love  — a warm, lingering hug in the form of tea. Open your heart and spread love and compassion with rose, green rooibos, oatstraw, lavender, fennel, and hibiscus. Avoid this tea if pregnant (due to fennel seeds), but it is safe to drink while nursing.

Lionheart — herbal support for the brave but anxious. Strengthens the heart, nervous system, and female reproductive system. Thanks to this tea's namesake, motherwort or Leonurus cardiaca, this offers wonderful support for menopause. But it's not just for women! I first made this nervine tea specifically for my tender-hearted, sometimes-anxious Leo husband (my "lion-heart"), who is occasionally prone to anxiety-induced stomach distress. Contains lemon balm, peppermint, motherwort, milky oat tops, rose, and lavender.
